Terms and Conditions

• Legal Ownership. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery, but the legal title in the goods shall remain with the seller until payment is received in full for the goods.
• Notification of Changes. We may change these terms and conditions occasionally without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
• Order Procedure. To place an order just follow the simple instructions on the website, it is your responsibility to give accurate details so we can process the payment and send the work.
• Placing an Order. Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to our terms and conditions listed. An order is not confirmed until we have notified you of our acceptance. We withhold the right to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
• Delivery. Our lead-time for goods is 4-6 weeks from confirmation of order. We will notify you by email or phone if there is likely to be any delays, giving you the option to cancel your order. All deliveries must be signed for and inspected by the signature. No responsibility can be taken for goods signed and received by an un-nominated third party.
• Postage and Packing. Postage and packing with in the UK is included in the price of the goods. There is an additional surcharge for deliveries outside of the UK; all orders must be made by phone/fax to confirm delivery costs prior to shipping.
• Payment. Rothschild & Bickers website currently uses Paypal. Full Payment for any goods can be made by credit, debit card, or your personal Paypal account; it will be debited as soon as you place an order.
• Return Policy. You have the right to return any goods bought online within 14 working days, the contract is cancelled and your credit/debit card will be refunded the full amount (excluding delivery), on return of goods. We reserve the right to claim for compensation if the goods are damaged or soiled.
• Faulty Damaged Goods. If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
• Colours, Sizes and Measurements. Due to the handmade nature of our work, all colours, sizes and measurements quoted are approximate.
